Hi, I'm Ken.
Founder of Travel Spanish Academy
I created Travel Spanish Academy for one reason: to help travelers feel confident speaking Spanish so they can enjoy every moment of their trip. For years, I traveled to amazing places but felt limited by the language barrier.
I knew the basics, but when it really mattered—at the airport, ordering food, asking for directions, or meeting new people—I didn’t always have the words. That frustration inspired me to create a better way to learn: practical, real-world Spanish you can actually use with confidence.

Gabriela is a Spanish teacher from Venezuela with more than six years of experience helping students from around the world learn Spanish in a practical, engaging, and enjoyable way.
She is passionate about helping travelers feel confident using Spanish in real-life situations. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already know some Spanish, Gabriela will guide you step by step with lessons designed to help you communicate naturally and make the most of your vacation.
Her teaching style is interactive, supportive, and conversation-focused. Rather than memorizing vocabulary lists, students practice real travel scenarios like checking into hotels, ordering food, asking for directions, shopping, and everyday conversations they’ll actually use while traveling.
